All students are invited to present their research posters at the UOMA Annual CME Conference on Saturday, September 7th, 2024, from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m.

To enter the poster contest and compete for cash prizes, please submit your abstract through the registration form below by Thursday, August 15th, 2024.

Poster Guidelines

• Posters must be 48" x 36" and suitable for wall mounting (see sample poster below).​

• Poster setup begins on Saturday, September 7, at 7:30 a.m. Posters may be submitted in advance for attendees to view during the duration of the conference.

• Posters must be taken down by Saturday, September 7, 12:30 p.m.

Presentation

The designated presentation period will be on Saturday, September 7, from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. Conference attendees will visit your poster at which time you will have the opportunity to explain your research project and findings. Be prepared to share short and concise information. UOMA will provide a copy of your abstract to each conference attendee.
